Stephen Wright has been involved in the field of rehabilitation for 40 years, with 25 of those in the area of supported employment. He has worked in a variety of different positions, both in British Columbia, Alberta and overseas.

He has facilitated workshops in the area of Career Development for the Alberta Government; has taught a course on supported employment at Mount Royal University; and is a certified trainer for True Colors. He has also facilitated on-line training modules targeting new employees with little or no experience working in the field of rehabilitation for the Alberta Council of Disability Services.

Stephen has had the pleasure of working with groups of people over the years who share the same passions and enthusiasm for assisting persons with disabilities in becoming active members of their communities.

He is presently finishing up his Masters of Adult Education, focusing on learning in the workplace
